Habit	Pyramidal or conical shape when young, branches are dense, upright and spreading.
Leaves	Alternate heart-shaped dark green leaves with light undersides turning yellow in autumn. Small drooping flower clusters, light yellow or cream in summer.
Planting	Prefers well drained soil in full sun or partial shade.
General	Shade tree suitable for hedging. Grey-brown ridged bark.
